Comfort Guarantee Policy: SAXX Underwear offers a Comfort Guarantee, which allows customers to receive a full refund within forty-five (45) calendar days of purchase if they are not satisfied with the product. This policy is applicable to any order placed on the SAXX Underwear website, except for FINAL SALE products which are not eligible for return or exchange. A proof of purchase is mandatory for utilising this policy. It is important to note that all shipping costs, duties, import taxes, and other fees associated with the original purchase are non-refundable. After the 45-day period has lapsed, the Comfort Guarantee policy is no longer applicable.

Exchange Policy: As part of the Comfort Guarantee, if not completely satisfied with a product, customers can receive a full refund within forty-five (45) calendar days of purchase. This suggests that exchanges follow the same policy as returns under the Comfort Guarantee.

Return Procedure: To initiate a return, it is a prerequisite to contact SAXX Underwear customer care for assistance. The Comfort Guarantee Policy page provides detailed instructions on the next steps for the process.

Final Sale Returns: Products designated as FINAL SALE are excluded from the return process. However, for other items, if not satisfied, SAXX Underwear will provide a full refund within forty-five (45) calendar days of purchase.

Warranty Policy: SAXX Underwear extends a one-year manufacturer’s limited warranty on products ordered through the official SAXX Underwear website or through authorized third-party sellers. Warranty claims need to be communicated within one year of the original purchase date. To submit a warranty request, customers must contact SAXX Underwear customer service and provide an order number or proof of purchase, shipping address, style name and color of the item, photos displaying the defect, and any available product ID labels next to the care/content label. If a product is deemed defective by SAXX Underwear, a reasonable resolution will be pursued. This warranty policy does not cover issues caused by misuse, accident, modification, or repair, nor products bought from unauthorized sellers. The warranty may be used only once per product and cannot be applied to products received as replacements in previous warranty claims.

• Warranty is valid for one year from original purchase date.
• Proof of purchase and communication with customer service required for claims.
• Defects will be evaluated by SAXX Underwear for appropriate resolution.
• Customers are responsible for shipping costs and import duties/taxes on the exchange.
• Policy not applicable to items damaged by misuse, accident, modification, or repair, or bought from unauthorized sellers.
