For a return, customers are instructed to complete the provided Returns Form. It's important to note that not all products are covered by the 30-Night Trial.

Items eligible for Panda 30-Night Trial can be returned for any reason within 30 days of the initial purchase date. A returns label may be provided, and depending on the situation, a refund or a replacement may be offered. After the 30-day period, refunds are not available. Once a returns label is issued, there is a 10-day window to return the item either via collection or drop-off with a courier partner. Failure to return within this time will void the return request and no refund will be issued.

30-Night Trial Eligible Products include various items like the Panda Memory Foam Bamboo Pillow, The Topper by Panda, and a selection of bedding and bath products available to UK customers.

• Items must be returned to Panda Life Ltd., 447 High Road, London, N12 0AF.
• Returned items must include the customer's name, address, date of purchase, original packaging, and invoice/order number.
• A full refund for the item, excluding delivery charges, will be processed within 30 days of receipt.

Orders placed with a shipping address outside of the UK are not eligible for a complimentary returns label. However, the 30-Night Trial still applies. Customers outside the UK will be reimbursed for the item only, not including delivery charges.

If an item is returned due to being damaged, a full refund will be issued. If an item is unwanted, the cost of postage is not refundable, and customers should ensure the item is insured against loss or damage in transit. Exchanges for unwanted or damaged items are also offered.

Collections of items over 5kg are provided once free of charge from a designated address. There may be fees for a second collection if the first is missed. Similarly, a one-time free drop-off label is offered for returning items to a local parcel shop.

Items not eligible for free returns include those that are not the 'Panda Memory Foam Bamboo Pillow.' Extra care is required to ensure the product sizes and specifications are correct prior to purchase.

Products returned to Panda Life Ltd. will be donated to charity and must be in reasonable condition. Products purchased elsewhere may not qualify for the 30 Night Trial.
