How to return an order in QD Stores?

ONLINE ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Customers in the UK and EU have the right to cancel orders under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. The cancellation period is up to 14 calendar days from the day after receiving the goods, without any reason. If an order consists of multiple goods, the period runs from when the last of the batch is received. Customers then have an additional 14 days to send the goods back for a full refund. To cancel, customers should use the Order Cancellation Form or set out their intention to cancel clearly.

How to Notify

To cancel, customers can complete the Order Cancellation Form and return it by email to enquiries@qdstores.co.uk or by post. There are some exclusions to the cancellation policy, such as products not in a resalable condition, partially or fully assembled items, and personalized or custom-made products.

Effect of Cancellation

If cancellation is successful and goods are returned, QD Stores will refund the item's amount, including the original 'standard delivery' charge, if the full order is returned. Refunds are made to the same payment method used for the order. The customer bears the cost of returning the goods unless they are faulty or not as described. A deduction from the refund can be made for any loss of value due to damage or unnecessary handling by the customer.

ONLINE RETURNS POLICY

QD Stores' policy states that within 14 days of receipt, customers can return products for a full refund to the original payment method used, provided products are returned to the Online Returns Centre within 14 days of notifying of the wish to cancel. After 30 days, if the goods are faulty and cannot be repaired or replaced, a full refund may be entitled. Items should be returned, and QD Stores will refund the amount, including the original 'standard delivery' charge, only if the full order is returned. The policy has some exclusions, including unsealed personal grooming products, custom-made items, and perishable goods.

IN-STORE RETURNS POLICY

For in-store purchases, customers may return unused goods with all packaging and the original receipt within 30 days for an exchange or credit note. This does not affect statutory rights, including the right to a refund or compensation for faulty or misdescribed goods. Non-returnable items include gift cards, unsealed media, food items, and personalized products.
