How can one return an order from O2?

The policy of complaints and returns for store O2, based on the NOW - Terms and Conditions, includes several specific points:

• Customers have the right to cancel a purchase and receive a full refund within 14 days, known as the "cooling off period," starting from the later of:
  1. the date of purchase,
  2. the date of delivery for memberships that are redeemed using a voucher code or purchased as part of a bundle, or
  3. receipt of the notice of cancellation rights.
• To cancel a purchase, customers must visit the Help section of the O2 website and provide their name, username if applicable, and email address.
• If eligible for cancellation, O2 will refund all payments received, including delivery costs, without undue delay, and not later than 14 days from the date of notification of the decision to cancel.
• If a customer has received a discount on O2 services and cancels any conditional order for a membership during the cooling-off period but wishes to keep other O2 services, they will lose the right to the discount and must pay the full standard price for the services retained.
• Refunds will be issued using the same means of payment used for the original transaction unless the customer has expressly agreed otherwise.
• For memberships that automatically renew each month, including after a minimum term, customers can cancel the membership at any time before the next access period begins. Access to the membership continues until the end of the current access period but will not be automatically renewed thereafter.
• In case customers are unable to watch content they have paid for due to reasons beyond their control, such as a fault with their line or broadband speed, they are instructed to inform O2 within 28 days of the purchase to potentially receive a refund.
• Special offers may have specific terms that modify the standard cancellation policy, and O2 will not change the terms of any valid offer during its validity unless it is to correct an obvious error or omission.
• If O2 makes changes to their services or Terms of Use that are likely to materially disadvantage the customer, they will notify the customer at least 30 days in advance. This notification may give customers the opportunity to cancel memberships or viewing add-ons before the changes take effect.

Paying for membership through EE TV?

Check the EE TV account for available payment methods.

Subscribing to NOW via Amazon or TalkTalk allows for payment method management in the respective account areas:

• Amazon account for Amazon subscribers.
• TalkTalk account for TalkTalk subscribers.

FAQs about payment methods:

1. Why can't prepaid credit cards be used?

Some Visa and Mastercard prepaid cards are not accepted currently. A different payment card should be tried if prepaid card details cannot be saved.

2. Can payments be made via Apple Pay?

Apple Pay is currently in a trial phase for TV Membership, so the option may be presented to some members upon joining NOW. It is expected to be offered to more members in the future.

Keep in mind: Apple Pay cannot be used for NOW Broadband Membership payments.

3. Changing your payment method to Apple Pay

The Apple Pay trial is only for new members, hence changing the payment method to Apple Pay after joining is not possible. If a different payment method is chosen after joining with Apple Pay, switching back to Apple Pay will not be an option in the future.
