How can you pay for an order in Skydive Australia?

Skydive Australia offers a structured payment method for those looking to experience skydiving. The following details outline the specific payment policies and procedures:

All payments made to Skydive Australia are non-refundable. This non-refundability applies regardless of the timing of the payment in relation to the booking.

In circumstances where full prepayment is not completed at the time of booking, the outstanding balance is required to be paid at least 72 hours prior to arrival at the selected drop zone. This ensures that the reservation is secured and processed appropriately.

For reservations confirmed within a 72-hour window of the planned arrival, full payment is mandatory at the time of booking, thus ensuring the reservation is secured without any delays.

Payments made using credit cards through the specified secure link will not incur additional credit card surcharges, making it a cost-effective method of transaction. Additionally, cash payments are not accepted at the drop zone.

To make a credit card payment, a secure link is available at any time for the convenience of customers. To ensure accurate processing of the payment, it is essential that the customer enters the correct payment amount due, their full name, and the Reservation Number. This Reservation Number acts as a reference and must be included; it can be found in the confirmation email sent to the customer upon booking.

Upon approval of the payment, an email receipt is generated and sent to the customer. If a payment is made outside of business hours, the email receipt may be issued on the following business day.

Customers must be mindful of their individual bank limits when making payments via the secure link. If any restrictions are present on their accounts or bank cards that could affect the transaction, customers should consider these limits when specifying the payment amount they wish to process.

For the full terms and conditions associated with payments, a dedicated section is provided, which customers are encouraged to review.
