How to return an order in Naked Wines?

Naked Wines is dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction with their wine experience. To support this commitment, they provide policies on returns and complaints that are designed to put customer concerns at ease and address any issues that may arise with the wine purchased.

Returns Policy:

If a customer is dissatisfied with a wine purchase, whether because the wine does not appeal to their tastes, is corked, or comes damaged, Naked Wines offers a full account credit as part of their Hassle-free Guarantee. This guarantee applies to all wines and promises to deliver a pleasurable wine experience.

Process for Complaints and Gaining Account Credit:

• If customers find themselves not enjoying the wine for any reason, they can contact Naked Wines by phone at 1300 898 677 or by email at chat@nakedwines.com.au to organize a credit for the wine.
• In case of multiple bottles of the same unsatisfactory wine, customers are advised to leave them unopened as Naked Wines may arrange to collect them.
• Customers have 30 days from the date of order to contact Naked Wines concerning any wine they are unsatisfied with, to arrange for account credit.
• Refunds are offered as account credits to be used towards future purchases and are not issued directly back to the original method of payment.

Additional Notes on Returns:

• If an order is placed and a customer wishes to cancel it for any reason, they are encouraged to call customer service promptly. Due to fast processing times, it may not always be possible to stop the delivery, but customers can refuse the shipment upon arrival, resulting in a refund once the wine is returned to the warehouse.
• The Hassle-free Guarantee is intended to ensure that every wine purchased meets or exceeds customer expectations. This means that if only 9 out of 10 customers are satisfied with a wine, prices may be re-evaluated to reflect this feedback.

These customer-friendly policies are part of Naked Wines' commitment to excellent service, maintaining their promise of providing high-quality wines while ensuring customer contentment with every bottle ordered.

Delivery costs in Naked Wines

Naked Wines delivers to most Australian addresses, excluding PO Boxes and the Northern Territory. Delivery options vary based on the location, and customers can check delivery costs and estimated timelines using the delivery calculator on the Naked Wines website.

The general delivery times and options are as follows:

• Delivery to Sydney, Melbourne, and Perth metro areas is advertised as FAST, with an expected turnaround of two to three working days, provided orders are placed by 3pm.
• Delivery to Brisbane, Canberra, and Adelaide is QUITE FAST, with delivery expected within two to four business days.

Specific delivery instructions can be added to an order for the couriers, such as where to leave the parcel safely. In cases where there is no safe place to leave the delivery, customers have the option to instruct couriers not to leave the wine without a signature.

In some cases, the company prefers shipping to business addresses since deliveries typically occur Monday through Friday between 8am to 6pm. This can ensure that the wine is received by someone, and it's also a method to display support for Australian winemakers in the workplace.

Naked Wines' primary delivery partners include Fastway Couriers for most areas, with regional deliveries potentially handled by Australia Post and a variety of carriers in Western Australia. If nobody is available to accept delivery, and no safe place has been indicated for leaving the parcel, the delivery may not be completed, and alternate arrangements may need to be made.

Wine orders can also be shipped to someone else as a gift, so long as the recipient is over the age of 18 and able to sign for the package. Customers have the option to include gift messages with their orders.

For customers not satisfied with their order, Naked Wines offers the option to cancel or to obtain a refund. The company emphasizes speedy delivery, so customers wishing to cancel an order are advised to contact Naked Wines immediately, with the understanding that because orders are processed swiftly, it may not always be possible to cancel before shipment.

If customers find that the wine they ordered is not to their liking, or if it is corked or damaged upon arrival, Naked Wines promises to credit the account in full. This is part of their Hassle-free Guarantee, with the condition that untouched bottles should be kept unopened for collection in the event of a refund for multiple bottles of the same wine.

Delivery costs may vary, so customers are encouraged to use the delivery calculator for precise information on the delivery charge and the time frame expected for their specific location and order.
