Hallenstein Brothers - payment methods

Payment Methods at Hallenstein Brothers

When making a purchase from Halara, customers have a variety of payment options they can utilize. The store accepts all major credit cards including VISA, MasterCard, and AMEX. Alongside credit cards, they are equipped to handle transactions made through PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Additionally, Afterpay is available but only for customers residing in the US, New Zealand, Australia, or Canada. When using Afterpay, customers are provided an option to pay for their purchases in installments.

It is important for customers to note that depending on their bank’s policies, foreign transaction fees might be charged when they make their purchases using a credit card. Prices listed on the Halara site are all in USD, and the bank or payment processor will apply the current exchange rate if the payment is made with a currency other than USD.

Discounts and Promo Codes

Halenstein Brothers allow the use of discount codes, which can only be valid on full-price products and not on already discounted items. In case customers possess a gift card and a promo code, they have the ability to apply both to one order, entering the gift card code first, followed by the promo code.

There are stipulations to consider when using promo codes. Only one discount is allowed per order, and the discount codes cannot be used beyond their expiration date. If a promo code is utilized and the final order total falls below the minimum required for free shipping, then the free shipping offer will be voided.

Refunds

In terms of refunds extended to customers, the repayment is conducted using the same payment method that was used for the purchase. Customers will be notified via email once the refund process is concluded. If the refunded amount does not appear within 14 days, it is advised for customers to contact their bank with the confirmation details in order to hasten the process.

If any discrepancies occur with the refunded amount, for example, it being different from the order total, it could result from non-refundable elements such as shipping fees, or differences in the conversion rate from USD to the local currency between the time of purchase and the refund process.

• Terms and Conditions for Discount Codes and Gift Cards:
  • Discount codes can only be applied to full-price items.
  • Discount codes may not be applied to sale items or in conjunction with discount campaigns.
  • If a gift card is used and the purchase price exceeds the balance of the card, an additional payment method will have to cover the remaining amount.
  • Gift cards are not refundable or redeemable for cash or credit, and lost or stolen cards will not be replaced by Halara.
