How to return an order in Brand House Direct?

Brand House Direct offers a no-hassle return policy. If for any reason customers need to return an item, they may do so within 30 days of purchase. Returns must include the original box, packaging, and tags, and items must be unworn. Any costs associated with returns for Australian customers are facilitated through a prepaid postage label from Australia Post.

Here is a step-by-step guide on the returns process for Australian customers:

1. Go to the Australia Post returns portal through the "Get Started" button and fill in the necessary details to complete your paid return. A unique barcode and prepaid label will be emailed.
2. Returns can be lodged at any Australia Post with the printed label or by presenting the QR code received by email at the Australia Post location.
3. When the return is received by Brand House Direct, customers will be notified, and the return will be processed.

Customers have two primary options for their returns:

• Exchange: Customers can select another item from the range, and Brand House Direct will send the new item at their cost within Australia—customers outside of Australia must pay for shipping their exchanges.
• Refund: The refund will be issued for the item cost excluding any shipping paid with that purchase.

In the case of a second return:

• Australian & International Customers may receive an exchange or store credit for the item cost.
• If more than one exchange is required per transaction, the customer must pay for additional shipping.

It's imperative that items returned are in the condition as received, unworn, and within the stipulated 30 days from the original purchase date. Transfers must be traceable as Brand House Direct does not take responsibility for items lost in transit.

Please note that if a coupon code was used during the purchase and an item is returned, the refund amount will reflect the discount given by that coupon, in addition to excluding postage costs.
