No refunds are processed for items after 90 days or for Marketplace and Mystery wines. All returns must also be made within 4 weeks of receiving return labels.

International marketplace products offer a broader range of wines with a delivery time of approximately 6 months, as these products are sourced globally.

Additionally, there may be opportunities to pre-order products that are not yet available for immediate dispatch. These items will have a "longer than usual lead time" and will be dispatched as soon as they arrive at the Sydney warehouse.
