ECO. Modern Essentials - how to complete a complaint and make a return?

Faulty Products:

If a customer believes they have a faulty product that is under the store's 12-month warranty, they can initiate the return process by emailing the customer experience team at ECO. Modern Essentials. The email must include the order number and a video showing the faulty product. Upon verification, the customer experience team will respond with an appropriate solution, which could involve replacing or refunding the faulty product.

Happiness Guarantee Policy:

To ensure customer satisfaction, ECO. Modern Essentials features a happiness guarantee policy. This policy covers both unused and unopened items, as well as open/used items, with specific conditions for both scenarios:

• Unused & unopened items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. The cost of the return label, however, will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Open/Used Items, if returned within 30 days, qualify the customer to receive a store credit for the purchase price; here too, the cost of the return label will be deducted from the store credit.
• Items purchased on sale are not eligible for return under the happiness guarantee policy.

Returns Portal:

Customers can make use of the online returns portal to lodge a happiness return. The process involves entering the order number and email address used during the purchase, selecting the item(s) they wish to return and the reason for the return, choosing the refund option (store credit or refund), and confirming the return. After this, a return label will be emailed to the customer.

Product Warranty:

In addition to the happiness guarantee, ECO. Modern Essentials provides a 12-month warranty on all accessories, starting from the purchase date. If a product becomes faulty within this timeframe, customers can contact the customer experience team with their order number and detailed issues to claim warranty coverage.

Order Edits:

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified. This ensures that all customers receive their parcels promptly and without delay.

Unclaimed Parcels:

If a customer fails to collect their item from the post office, resulting in the parcel being returned to the ECO. Modern Essentials head office, a reshipping fee of $10 will be charged to resend the item.

Return to Sender Parcels:

In instances where the wrong address is supplied by the customer and the parcel is returned, a $10 shipping fee is required for ECO. Modern Essentials to resend the parcel.
