   Orders can be canceled prior to shipment. Once an item is shipped (as indicated by the status "completed" or receiving a tracking number), orders cannot be canceled.

   • For Unwanted Products: Unopened and undamaged products suitable for secondary sales can be refunded within 90 days of purchase, with return shipping costs borne by the consumer.
   • For Non-Man made Defective Products: Defective items can be refunded or replaced within 90 days of delivery.
