General data about Skin + Me

Skin + Me offers a revolutionary approach to skincare with its tailor-made treatments designed to meet the unique needs of each individual's skin. Their service begins with a free online consultation to prescribe the correct regimen with medical-grade ingredients.

The treatments target a variety of skin concerns, including:

• Signs of ageing: Personalised creams to combat fine lines and pigmentation.
• Acne: Tailored solutions to treat acne efficiently.
• Rosacea: Formulas designed to soothe and manage rosacea.
• Melasma: Specialized creams to address melasma and improve skin tone.
• Hyperpigmentation: Treatments that focus on reducing dark spots and evening out skin tone.
• Menopausal Skin: Treatments crafted for skin affected by menopausal changes.

Additionally, Skin + Me offers a duo of essentials:

1. Cleanser
2. Moisturiser

Distinctions between Skin + Me and traditional high street skincare options underscore the brand's innovative approach:

• High-efficacy ingredients vs. low-strength, cosmetic grade products found commonly on the high street.
• Direct monthly deliveries of the treatment ensure that users never run out, compared to the panic buying associated with high street products.
• Eco-friendly packaging made from recyclable aluminium and card from FSC registered forests, moving away from the excessive plastic use in traditional packaging.

Three reasons to choose Skin + Me:

1. A personalised treatment plan that evolves with the skin's changing needs.
2. Democratising dermatology with easy access to professional ingredients and advice.
3. The convenience and cost-effectiveness of made-to-order treatments shipped directly, reducing retail markups and waste.

Client testimonials highlight significant improvements in skin texture and overall skin health, as well as a boost in confidence due to the effectiveness of their personalised skincare routines.

Skin + Me - how to complete a complaint and make a return?

Cancellation Rights

Consumers have the right to cancel the contract up to the end of fourteen days after receiving the Skin + Me Products. The cancellation notice must be sent via email to hello@skinandme.com. It is necessary to include the email address and date of birth in the email for account verification, enabling the Dermatology Support Team to cancel the account. Alternatively, cancellation can be done by logging into the Account Details section of the personal account.

If the right of cancellation is exercised after the Skin + Me Products have been delivered, the responsibility to return the products promptly lies with the consumer, which must be done within 14 days of notifying the desire to cancel the order. Returns should be sent to Unit 5, Oakwood Business Park, Standard Road, London, NW10 6EX. It is imperative to take reasonable care so the Skin + Me Products are not damaged in the meantime or in transit.

Contracts cannot be cancelled if sealed goods become unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons. Upon valid cancellation of a contract, a refund for the price paid for the Skin + Me Products will be issued, along with any delivery costs that have been paid, given that the maximum refund will correspond to the costs of delivery by the least expensive option available. Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used to purchase the Skin + Me Products.

If a product is returned because it is defective or delivered in error, the full price and the applicable delivery charges will be refunded. Conversely, the costs for returning the products will be borne by the consumer if the reason for the return is neither a defect nor an error in delivery.
