Covering a vast majority of the country, only locations not served by these carriers, such as remote islands and certain territories, are excluded from delivery.

The basic delivery charge for standard items is $12.50 Australia-wide, regardless of the number of items**. For orders that include products differing from these standard items, such as larger pots or certain garden tools, additional delivery fees apply based on the nature and size of these items.

• Basic Postage $12.50: This rate applies to basic items excluding Roses, pots/grow-bags 120mm and larger, Bare-rooted Trees, Composting Buckets, and any items with individually specified delivery charges.
• Roses & Larger Potted Items $16.90: Orders that contain bush Roses, pots/grow-bags from 120mm up to 155mm, and Composting Buckets, among others, will be subject to this rate.

• Order Split Fee $5.00: If items within an order have different availability, there is an option to have currently available items delivered for an additional $5.00 freight charge.

For orders that span across different seasons, such as those including both Rose and spring bulb pre-orders, separate delivery fees for each season will apply. Additionally, Tasmania, Northern Territory, and Western Australia incur a $5.00 Quarantine Inspection Surcharge with each delivery due to complex quarantine requirements. If an order requires multiple deliveries due to quarantine restrictions, additional surcharges will apply.

Items may occasionally be back-ordered to prevent delays in the dispatch of other items in the order. Delivery times can extend during peak periods, such as after the release of a new catalog or during public holidays. Additional time should be allowed for deliveries to Tasmania, Northern Territory, and Western Australia.

Ease of access to shipping information and order assistance is available through customer service, operational Monday to Friday, with specified available hours for both telephone support and in-store visits. It's important to note that large items must be delivered to a street address, as couriers do not generally ship to PO Boxes or RSD addresses.

Terms and conditions of delivery are subject to change, and the Garden Express website outlines their full terms for further details. Orders are generally dispatched within 7-14 working days from ordering during busy periods, and this timeframe may vary.
