Global Shop Direct - payment methods

Global Shop Direct provides various payment options for convenience. Accepted credit cards include MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. However, it is important to note that when using American Express cards, a surcharge of three percent (3%) applies. This additional charge is due to the higher processing fees associated with these particular card issuers.

In addition to credit card payments, Global Shop Direct also welcomes payments through PayPal for online orders. This offers a secure and convenient way for customers to complete their purchases using their PayPal account balances or linked bank accounts.

Despite these modern and electronic payment methods, there are limitations in the accepted payment methods as well. For instance, Global Shop Direct does not currently accept checks or money orders for phone and web orders. Customers needing alternative payment arrangements, including installment payments, are advised to select the regular "Checkout Now" option on the website to use their credit card, as PayPal does not permit installment payments.

When making payments, customers are encouraged to be vigilant about the payment details they provide. For security reasons, and to safeguard their personal information, customers should refrain from emailing sensitive payment details and instead are advised to directly contact the customer service team on 1300 137 598 for assistance regarding payment details updates or payment issues.
