Flora & Fauna accepts change of mind returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the products are returned in the same condition as they were bought and have not been used, opened, or damaged on their way back.

To return an unwanted product, send it to Flora & Fauna Returns, 102 Old Pittwater Road, Brookvale 2100 NSW, including your order number, and ensure the product(s) are wrapped well.

Shipping costs for returns: The cost of shipping back an unwanted product is not refundable by Flora & Fauna. It's recommended to use a tracked service for returns.

Certain products are ineligible for change of mind returns due to health restrictions, such as:

• Period underwear
• Menstrual cups
• Chocolate

Refund process:

• Returns are processed within 10 business days of receipt.

Flora & Fauna offers delivery options within Australia through Australia Post, with two specific methods:1. Parcel Post Delivery

• Free for orders over $65 AUD.
• A charge of $8.95 applies for orders under $65 AUD.

  • East Coast main urban centers – 2-5 days
  • South Australia – 2-4 days
  • West Australia – 4-8 days
  • Australia remote areas – 6-12 days

2. Express Post Parcel Delivery

• Targeted delivery of 1-5 business days.
• Charged at $9.95 for orders over $150 AUD.
• Charged at $14.95 for orders under $150 AUD.

Orders are dispatched Monday through Friday, except on New South Wales public holidays. Priority shipping is a perk for the top two tiers of the F&F Rewards Club members — the Change Makers and Game Changers. Orders with 'priority shipping' are aimed to be sent out on the same day.

Once an order has been packed and is ready to be picked up by the courier, Flora & Fauna will email the customer with the parcel’s tracking number.
