The policy includes a step-by-step guide for processing a return. Here are the steps detailed below: 1. Item(s) must be placed back into the original costume packaging, which includes the cardboard insert and all items that came with the original package. 2. The packaged item(s) should then be placed into a suitable satchel or box for shipping, ensuring the costume label and bag are not damaged during packing. 3. For processing a free return and printing a shipping label, customers are directed to click a provided link. Here are some Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) regarding the returns policy: 1. The return policy allows Australian customers to book a free and trackable Australia Post return using a specified link. Items need to be returned within 30 days of purchase, unworn and unused with the original tags still attached. The return must be in the original packaging, which must also be in its original condition. A choice can be made between a refund or 110% store credit. However, shipping costs are not refunded. 'Final Sale' items cannot be returned for a change of mind, nor can any opened items from a list of exclusions for hygiene reasons. Party supplies are also excluded from change of mind returns. 2. Once received, the return request will be processed within 5-10 business days, and customers will be notified via email once the return has been processed. 3. Refunds will follow the payment method used for the purchase. However, for purchases made with AfterPay, Klarna, or Zip Pay, the refunds will be adjusted based on any payments already made and the remaining balance. 4. A 110% store credit is offered as an alternative to a refund, where a voucher code is issued to the customer to use towards a future purchase. Store credits are not redeemable for cash. 5. Sale items can be returned, with exceptions noted during certain sales or promotions, and items marked 'Final Sale' cannot be returned for a change of mind. 6. If the original delivery packaging is missing, own packaging can be used, with caution taken to ensure items return in their original condition. 7. Original packaging is essential for a return.
