• Swimwear: can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt, must be unwashed, in the original condition with the hygiene sticker still in place.

RETURNS FAQ

• Exchanges are currently not offered, only refunds are available. A new size or style can be ordered once the refund is reflected on the bank statement within 5 business days.
• For Swimwear, a hygiene sticker must still be in place and is returnable within 14 days from receipt date.
• Prepaid returns are provided for domestic orders. International returns must pay for return shipping to the provided HQ address.
• All Mystery Packs and Sale Items are final sale and are ineligible for return.
• After a return is received at the warehouse, the refund is processed in 3 business days or less. Refunds appear on bank statements in 2-7 business days, or immediately as store credit if that was the payment method.
• For orders under $75 USD, prepaid return shipping is provided despite the initial shipping fee.
• When returning multiple orders, each must be packed separately per order number, with respective return labels.
