Returns & Refunds Policy at American Golf

Online Extended Returns Policy - Christmas 2023: Items purchased between October 23rd and December 24th, 2023, can be returned for an exchange or for credit in the form of a gift card until January 31st, 2024. Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase (or 14 days if purchased and returned to store), subject to the returns policy. Personalized or custom built goods are not returnable under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. All returned goods must adhere to the returns policy.

Returns: Unused products in original packaging and with labels can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Credit, in the form of a gift card or e-voucher, will be issued for items purchased with gift cards or vouchers. Goods meeting certain specifications or personalized items, are exempt from returns.

The cost of returns is refundable where American Golf erred by sending the wrong item or in case of faulty/damaged goods. A tracked delivery service is recommended for returns, but American Golf does not cover supplementary costs beyond the least expensive return method.

• Return Exclusions: Certain items that cannot be returned unless faulty include, but are not limited to, split packs of socks or gloves, clothing without labels, worn underwear, opened blister packs, and items classified as 'as new' and in original packaging.
• Second hand, ex-display, or ex-demo goods can only be returned if delivered faulty.

Return Process:

1. Place a new order for replacements immediately to minimize delays, then request a refund for the original items when returning them.
2. For items to be refunded without a replacement, just send back the goods with the order number and reason for return.
