How can one return an order from ECS?

EXCHANGE AND RETURNS

Satisfaction with merchandise ordered is of high priority. If there is any dissatisfaction, the following steps should be taken:

• Customer service can be reached by calling (042) 111-327-111 from Monday to Sunday, emailing at care@shopecs.com, or via WhatsApp at 0321-4010205.
• Goods may be exchanged at the nearest Company’s store or sent back to the Online department within 15 days of delivery with the original invoice, provided the items are unused, in their original packaging with all tags attached, unworn/undamaged, and not altered.
• Bags, Perfumes, Watches, and Accessories are non-exchangeable items.
• Exchange due to differences in screen color or lighting during photoshoots will not be entertained unless the product has a manufacturing defect.
• No cash refunds are provided; online store coupons are issued for out-of-stock items.
• Shrunk fabric from the Unstitched category is non-exchangeable.
• The exchange can be declined at the store manager/staff discretion.
• Decisions by the Company regarding exchanges and returns are considered final.
• Items purchased under the UP TO 50% And More discount fall under a 'NO-CLAIM, NO-RETURN' policy.

Option 1: By Courier

1. Contact the customer service representative at (042) 111-327-111 for guidance on the process of returning products.
2. Exchanges are contingent upon presenting the original receipt.
3. Repackage the merchandise with all tags intact, ensuring the product is unused and include the receipt.
4. Customers will bear the return shipping costs. However, if the returned product was damaged or not as per the order, the return shipping amount will be reimbursed via discount coupons for subsequent online purchases.
5. The customer is also responsible for courier charges for both ways if the returned products are as per the order.

Note: Reimbursement amounts via discount coupons are applicable only for online purchases from the website.

Option 2: In-Store

2. Original receipt is necessary for in-store exchange.

How can you pay for an order in ECS?

Payment Options:

• Credit/Debit Card
• COD (Cash on Delivery) for orders within Pakistan

Note: For international orders, the COD service is not available and only Credit/Debit Card payment method is accepted.

Order Confirmation Process:

1. Once items are added to the cart, proceed to checkout.
2. Customers can checkout as a Guest or sign up for updates.
3. After entering personal details, select the payment method and proceed to confirmation.
4. Review the order summary and choose to either cancel or confirm the order.
5. Upon confirmation, a verification code is required to be entered for verification.

Without Verification Code: If the verification code is not received, the order is still placed and a confirmation call will be made by a customer service representative to verify COD orders between 09:00 AM and 06:00 PM.

Information about delivery in ECS

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

• All deliveries are subject to stock availability and payment authorization.
• Free delivery is provided for orders worth Rs. 4000 and above. For orders less than Rs. 4000, a delivery cost of Rs. 200 will be charged.
• The aim is to deliver orders within 3 to 5 working days, subject to the provision of a valid address. However, deliveries may be delayed or rendered impossible by force majeure events.
• Dispatches are not made on weekends, gazetted holidays, or outside normal business hours.
• In case of COD (cash on delivery), the delivery shall only be made against a full cash payment.
• For orders made through credit/debit card, the order will be processed after 48 hours of the payment captured time.
• Orders with advance payments can be cancelled within 48 hours of order placement.
• If an order is cancelled after dispatch, a refund will only be processed once the return shipment is received from the courier (applicable to credit/debit card orders only).
• A signature will be required upon delivery of goods.
