Returns Policy:

• Items can be returned for a size exchange or refund.
• Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be requested within 14 days of receiving items.
• Unwanted Returns and Size Exchanges can request an RMA number via the customer's YesStyle account page.
• Items must be sent back within 30 days of the RMA issue date.
• Opened beauty products, health and beauty supplements, and clearance items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
• Hygiene-sensitive items like swimwear, innerwear, bodysuits, earrings, wigs, and costumes are also ineligible for returns.
• Returns should be sent to the United States and Canada logistics partners or YesStyle’s Hong Kong office.

Refunds for Returns:

• YesStyle issues refunds primarily as YesStyle Credit for future purchases.

• Replacement items are subject to stock availability. If unavailable, a refund will be issued.
