Changes to the Returns Policy

• From 27th February 2024, a postage fee of $9.99 applies for online orders returned via mail, deducted from the refund.
• Orders before 27th February 2024 include a reply-paid sticker, free returns within 30 days as per the previous policy.

How to Create an Online Return:

1. Start the return process by entering the 5-digit order number and email address provided at checkout.
2. Select the item(s) for return and specify the reason from the provided options. Review the return items and download the return label.
3. Pack the return items using either the original packaging or a new parcel.

Returns Policy
