  All G-Star purchases have a 60-day return policy. To return your order, use the DHL return label in the box and bring your return order to an ANPost Shop. Fill in the return form found inside your parcel. Attach the preprinted DHL Parcel return label on the box containing the order you are returning. Returns of items at DHL Express locations are not accepted.

• What is the G-Star's return policy?
  All G-Star purchases have a 60-day return policy and must be returned in the country of purchase. For returns from orders containing only discounted items, the buyer bears the direct costs of the return. If the order contains full-price products, returns are free. Items must be unused, not damaged, and with original labels and packaging. Underwear and face mask returns are not accepted.

• I need a return label!
  To receive a new return label, contact G-Star customer service.

• Where is my refund?
  Refunds are issued back to the original payment method after the return is processed, taking up to 2 days for the amount to be available again. Expect to receive your refund within 5 – 7 working days after the parcel is with the carrier.

• What are the return costs?
  Returns cost 4.95 EUR for orders containing only discounted items. If the entire order is returned, this fee is deducted from the refund or invoiced if not paid yet.
