How can one return an order from MDreams?

Return and Exchange Policy at MDreams

MDreams emphasizes quality and value, offering assistance with prompt refunds under specific conditions. A purchase can be returned within 30 days from the purchase date. To ensure credit, the item must be in its original, unused condition, returned with original packaging, paperwork, parts, and accessories. Sale items are not eligible for returns. It is noted that the original shipping fee, if applicable, is not refundable. Additionally, customers are responsible for the return shipping fee.

How to Return an Item:

1. Locate the 5-digit Order Number starting with INVHK – XXXXX.
2. Include this Order Number on a piece of paper with the returned product.
3. Repack the item(s) securely in the original packaging.
4. Send the package back to MDreams using a chosen shipping method to the address provided below.
5. Email CS@MDREAMS.COM with the Order Number and the return tracking number.
6. Use an insured and traceable shipping method for returns.

MDreams does not accept C.O.D. deliveries and recommends using an Insured Courier service. Retain the Return Tracking Number to monitor the delivery status. Refunds will be issued only after the returned product is received and confirmed to be in as-new/sellable condition.

How to Exchange an Item:
Exchanges are not directly offered. Instead, follow the procedure for a return and place another order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Goods:

• Contact Customer Service at CS@MDREAMS.COM within 30 days of delivery if a damaged or defective item is received.
• Include the Order Number (INVHK – XXXXX), Item Number, a photo of the defective product, and the return reason in the email.

Upon confirmation that the product is defective, a replacement product will be sent with an RA (Return Slip). If the defective product needs to be returned (as specified by Customer Service), fill out the RA with the Order Number and hand it to the courier when receiving the replacement product.
