How can one return an order from Sail?

Return and Exchange Policy

For purchases made in-store or online, there is a 30-day return and exchange policy from the purchase date. Expert-level Explore+ Rewards Program members benefit from a 45-day return period and complimentary returns for online orders.

Please note: Bikes that are already assembled are returnable only if undamaged.

How to Make a Return or Exchange

• In-store purchases must be returned or exchanged in store only.
• Online purchases with in-store pickup can be returned or exchanged in store, but not by mail.
• Online purchases with home delivery can be returned in store or by mail, while exchanges must be made in store.

Returns by mail incur a management fee of $10 plus taxes, with potential additional fees for oversized items.
