Returns and exchanges on PUMA products are straightforward processes for My Account members as well as guests. Please see the return policy detailed below.

• My Account Members:
  1. Navigate to My Account and log in.
  2. Under Order History, select 'view'.
  3. Choose the order to return items from and click 'Initiate Return'.
  4. If an item is not eligible for return, the 'Initiate Return' button will not appear.
  5. Select the items for return and confirm.
  6. Enter return details and any additional feedback in the 'Return & Refund' section.
  7. Review and confirm the information and select 'Place Return'.
  8. Print the prepaid FedEx Return Label immediately or use the email link to print later.
  9. Complete the return as per the provided instructions.


• Guests:
  1. Access the Returns Portal directly or via 'Initiate Return' next to the cart icon.
  2. Provide the order number, email address, and postal code related to the purchase.
  3. Follow similar steps as account members from selecting items to returning.
  4. Note that free online returns are only available for orders placed on ca.puma.com.


• Refunds:

  Refunds are issued to the original form of payment, while purchases with a PUMA Gift Card result in a new E-Gift Card for the refund amount. Processing begins within 24 hours of the package being scanned by the carrier, and financial institution timelines apply before the refund reflects. Returns not initiated through ca.puma.com might take 2-4 weeks to process.



• Exceptions:

  Returns are not accepted for gift cards, customized products, and bodywear, except in the event of manufacturing defects. Some product launches and exclusives, including PUMA x LAMELO BALL and FENTY x PUMA Shoes, must be returned within 15 days.



• Returns to PUMA Retail Stores:

  Items from puma.com can be returned at any PUMA store. Original payment and the Order Confirmation Email are required for the refund.



• Exchanges:

  Direct exchanges are unavailable. For an exchange, one must return the item and place a new order. A pre-paid shipping label for returns and free standard shipping for the new order are provided upon contact with Customer Service.

What are the delivery costs and methods in PUMA?

Shipping Methods and Rates:

• Standard: Orders under $75 - $8.00
• Expedited: $18.00 for all orders
• Next Business Day: $25.00 for all orders

Direct Signature Required:
To ensure the safe delivery of packages, a signature may be required at the time of delivery for larger orders or higher priced items. Confirmation if a signature will be required is provided after placing an order. Delivery is made to the address on the mailing label, therefore a signature from anyone at the delivery address is acceptable. Unfortunately, change of address or signatures on the delivery door tag are not accepted.

Should the initial delivery attempt be missed, the carrier will attempt delivery two more times.

Additional Information:

• Do not ship to Northwest, Nunavut, and Yukon Territories.
• To qualify for free shipping, the pretax total must exceed the required minimum amount.
• Delivery on Saturday and Sunday is not available.
• Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
