How can one return an order from Supplement Mart?

Supplement Mart offers a policy on returns stipulating that refunds are not provided if a customer simply changes their mind or makes a wrong decision. However, in cases where a product is received which is incorrect, faulty, or not as described, the customer is entitled to either an exchange or refund. It's important to note that exchanges or returns must be initiated within 3 weeks from the purchase date and require valid proof of purchase, with the e-invoice serving as acceptable proof.

In the event a customer wishes to exchange any unopened products, they are advised to contact Supplement Mart's customer service team. Importantly, any return freight charges will be the customer's responsibility, and customers may be subject to additional shipping fees if necessary.

The returns policy specifically mentions that there are no returns or refunds on clearance or special items; all purchases of these items are considered final.

Additionally, it is highlighted that some powdered products naturally clump or harden over time due to their deliquescent nature. Despite the inclusion of moisture absorption sachets, these products may still undergo this natural and common process. The returns policy notes that by placing an order, customers warrant and represent that they are at least 18 years old and agree to have sought advice from an independent and qualified health practitioner relating to their supplementation intentions.
