Lekker Bikes - how to complete a complaint and make a return?

Returns and Refunds - LEKKER Bikes

LEKKER Bikes offers a 14-day / 50 km return policy, which allows for either a two-week period or 50 km of riding to test the bicycle, whichever comes first. If the customer is not satisfied with the purchase within this timeframe or distance, the bike may be returned. It is important to note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and an additional shipping fee may be required for returning the bike.

The return process stipulates that returned items must be in new condition. Major use, damages, and missing or dirty parts will be assessed, and a full refund will be provided if the product is in good condition. To facilitate a return, filling out a specific form and following subsequent instructions is required. Refunds are processed approximately 14 business days after LEKKER Bikes has received the returned shipment.

Upon online purchase and delivery, customers are encouraged to test ride the bike on a sealed surface to ensure the ""as new"" condition can be maintained in the event of a return. If the bike or the size is not suitable, arrangements can be made for a courier collection, provided that the return takes place within the allocated period and conditions. Accessories may be returned by the customer, and if approved for refund, the amount paid will be refunded minus the original shipping cost.

Refunds are contingent upon an inspection by LEKKER Bikes' mechanic and may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on the customer's credit card statement. Email notifications will be sent once the return has been processed.
