How to return purchases in Homes R Us?

Homes R Us extends a "good faith" refund policy over and above the statutory rights provided under the law. Upon successful processing of a return, in agreement with the Returns Policy, or in events where an order is cancelled prior to dispatch as in line with the Cancellation Policy, a refund is issued. Refunds are credited back to the original method of payment, except in cases of Gift Card and Cash on Delivery, where refunds are facilitated through store credits exclusively.

Refund processing requires a minimum of 2-3 weeks. Post processing, a confirmation will be sent via e-mail. For payments conducted through credit cards or alternative payment service providers, the fund's visibility in the account might vary and is largely dependent on the processing time taken by the associated bank.

The Terms of Sale provide a more detailed insight into the refund policy and procedure. In circumstances where the refund amount is believed to be incorrect, contacting Homes R Us immediately at help@homesrus.ae or calling 800 RHOME (800-74663) is highly recommended.
