  Expectation is that customers and their girls will love their purchase from American Girl. Should there be any dissatisfaction, attempts will be made to correct it with an exchange, merchandise credit, or refund for purchases within 90 days. While every effort will be made to accommodate return requests, there are occasions when returns will not be possible.
