RESPAWN - SPECIFIC REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY

Razer hopes customers enjoy Respawn products, but understands that preferences vary when it comes to consumable items. Due to the nature of taste being a preference, returns are not processed on used Shaker Cups or opened Drink Mixes, with the exception of certain conditions outlined below.

• Item(s) must have been purchased directly from Razer.
• Razer Order Number is required as a Proof of Purchase.
• Item(s) must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
• Razer Support may ask for pictures of the unopened item(s).
• Item(s) must be sent back via a traceable and insured shipping method.
• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date of the last item on the order.
• Refunds are issued through the original form of payment used.

Expect a refund of the purchase price paid for the returned item(s) (excluding any shipping and handling costs) within 45 days upon Razer's receipt of the returned goods. Razer is not liable for lost, tampered with, stolen, or delayed return packages.
