JUCY's cancellation fees vary by when the cancellation is made in relation to the pickup date. Canceling a booking 22 days or more before the pickup date allows for a full refund of the deposit or any amount paid, excluding any credit card administration fees. If a booking is cancelled between 1 and 21 days before the pickup date, a fee of 20% of the booking value is chargeable, with the remainder of hire fees refunded minus credit card fees. If a booking is cancelled within 24 hours of departure or if the vehicle is not collected, then 100% of the booking value is chargeable. It is important to note that changing the pickup date within the cancellation time frames and then cancelling the new booking will result in the original cancellation fee being applied.

• If a booking is made via a travel agent, direct contact with the agent is required for cancellation queries.
• Future credit: must be used within one year from the original pickup date, in the same country, and must be booked under the same name as the original booking. The credit is non-transferable and subject to availability, with new daily rates and booking conditions at the time of the new booking.
