Returns, Exchanges, and Warranties

• Returns and Exchange Policy:
  • Returns for non-faulty items that have been used and/or had tags removed are not acceptable.
  • No return or exchange on sale items.
  • No return or exchange for change of mind. For faulty goods, obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act will be met.
  • Returns due to normal wear and tear on used items are not accepted.
• Wrong Sizes or Not the Right Part:
  • If clothing or footwear is the wrong size, it can be exchanged within 10 days of receipt for another size or product of the same value if available. The item must be returned in brand new condition with all packaging and labels.
  • Parts for bicycles can be exchanged if the incorrect part was ordered without consultation, provided the customer pays for the freight to return it.
• Damaged Goods: All quality checks are performed before items leave Evo Cycles, and the responsibility to check goods upon arrival is on the customer. Damaged goods should be reported within 3 days to be eligible for replacement.
• Faulty or Defective Goods: If an item is found to be faulty or defective, the warranties information should be consulted. For warranty claims, goods must be returned, or for faulty items, delivery charges may be refunded upon proof of costs incurred.
