How to return purchases in Focus Point?

14-DAYS RETURN POLICY

• This return policy is applicable only to items delivered within Malaysia.
• Returns must be made within 14 days from the date of receiving the parcel.
• The return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer.
• Returns are valid for items that have physical damage, incorrect products, or incomplete products.
• Items will undergo an inspection to confirm their original condition before accepting the return.
• Returns are not allowed for prescription glasses.
• Each customer is allowed a one-time product exchange per transaction.
• There is no exchange or return after 14 days upon receiving the parcel.
• Shipping costs for returned items, except for out of stock and mis-shipment, are the buyer's responsibility.
• The shelf life of contact lenses is 12 months and above.
• Inspection and confirmation of defective items are conducted at HQ warehouse for orders delivered within Malaysia.
• No exchanges allowed for international orders.
• Not responsible for any sales taxes, VAT, duties, or other fees applied by the customs service in the customer's country.
• Right to reject any return items that do not meet the conditions is reserved.
• Cancellation, return, or refund as store credit with an expiry of 1 year from date of purchase.
• Not liable for shipping lost, and discretion lies with Focus Point to replace or decline the return.
