Returns and Exchanges Policy

Returns or exchanges for purchases made on Dermalogica.com.my are willingly accepted, with a full refund provided if the items are sent back within 5 days of the RECEIVED date.

It is important to note that any exchanges must be of equal or lower value and pre-approved by Customer Service. To be eligible for a return, products must be unopened, in new condition and in the original selling condition. This includes any free gifts that might have been included with the product.

• Provide the reason for the refund or exchange when in correspondence with Customer Service.
• Include the order invoice in the return package.
• Ensure that the item(s) being returned are in their original, unused condition, and place them into the original shipping packaging.

The refund process may take between 14 to 21 working days for the reflection into the bank account, beginning from the day the refund was initiated.

  • To complete a 3D Secure transaction, one might receive a unique security code via SMS from the bank that needs to be entered to verify and authorize the transaction.
• hoolah: This is an installment payment option that allows splitting the purchase amount into three monthly payments, with zero interest. Both debit and credit cards from any bank can be used for this service. This is only valid for residents of Malaysia.

Please note that credit card information is not stored post completion of the transaction; it is submitted directly to the banks. If a payment is successful, an on-screen prompt and a confirmation email from the online payment portal will be received.

For unsuccessful payment transactions, the reasons could be related to the availability of funds, activation of the credit or debit card, correct entry of 3D secure details, registered online banking accounts, or the browser's pop-up blocker settings.

hoolah Payment Details:

• At the checkout, selecting hoolah as the payment option will enable installment payments.
• The total amount is divided into three interest-free installments which begin at the time of purchase, and the first installment is needed to be paid upon checkout.

Dermalogica – delivery costs and methods

Delivery Methods at Dermalogica:

• SAME DAY DELIVERY – Klang Valley Only

  For orders above RM250, SAME DAY DELIVERY is free. Orders must be placed before 10:30 a.m. from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, to qualify for same-day delivery. Orders placed after the cut-off time of 10:30 a.m. will be delivered the following business day. The delivery fee for orders below RM250 is RM25.

  Orders placed on Friday after 10:30 a.m., during the weekend, or on public holidays are processed and shipped on the next available business day. Special conditions, such as severe weather or unscheduled events, may lead to unexpected delivery delays.

• Standard Delivery:
  • For West Malaysia:

    Free shipping for orders above RM200.

    A shipping fee of RM15 applies to orders below RM200.

    Estimated delivery period is 3 – 5 business days.

  • For East Malaysia:

    Free shipping for orders above RM200.

    A shipping fee of RM25 applies to orders below RM200.

    Estimated delivery period is 3 – 7 business days.

  Orders placed on Friday after 3 p.m., over the weekend, or on public holidays are processed on Monday and are expected to be delivered on Tuesday, excluding public holidays. Delivery to addresses with P.O. Boxes is not available.
