Big Pharmacy - how to complete a complaint and make a return?

CANCELLATION

• BIG Pharmacy reserves the rights to cancel any orders if the product is not available for any reasons. Refund will be credited into the credit card or bank account depending on the period of time the financial institution required to arrange for the refund.
• An order cannot be cancelled once an order confirmation email is issued and/or the parcel has been collected by courier rider.

RETURN / REFUND

1. Any deficiencies and/or damages in the goods received must be reported via email to e-commerce@bigpharmacy.com.my within 7 days.
2. Upon confirmation of a Return/Refund item, the product must be sent back using the consignment note provided by customer service.
3. The customer is responsible for the condition of the product being returned until it is received by BIG Pharmacy.
4. Exchanges or refunds can be arranged if:
   • The products delivered are in damaged or defective condition;
   • The products are near expiry or expired;
   • The product is different from the one ordered.
   • All returned products should be in the original condition, quantity and packing with proof of purchase.
5. Returned products will be inspected, and if eligible, an exchange or refund will be arranged.
6. Certain items classified as medical devices, disposable items, or one-time use items are not eligible for exchange or return.
7. Refunds for returned goods will be made at the price paid during ordering.
8. If an invoiced product is missing from the delivery, BIG Pharmacy will refund the value of the product or replace it.
9. If a non-ordered product was delivered, it will be collected by BIG Pharmacy.
10. If a charge was made for a product that was not delivered, the customer will be refunded the value of the product.
11. Promotion/Sale items and purchases made with discount coupons are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Delivery Policy

• Delivery is provided across Malaysia and to Singapore and Hong Kong.
• Deliveries occur from Monday to Saturday, excluding the first Saturday of each month and local public holidays.
• Orders are processed within 3-7 working days with a tracking number provided via email.
• Delivery to West Malaysia (Peninsular) takes 2-5 working days, and to East Malaysia (Sabah/Sarawak) 5-10 working days once shipped.
• Changes to the delivery address are not permitted after payment.
• If orders cannot be delivered after 3 attempts, they will be cancelled and all incurred costs will be borne by the customer.
• For unreceived orders within 3 to 7 working days after receiving a tracking number, contact e-commerce@bigpharmacy.com.my.

Shipping Rates

• Domestic Delivery charges for West Malaysia start at RM5 for the first 5KG, with an additional RM2 for each subsequent KG.
• For East Malaysia, delivery starts at RM10 for 1KG, with an additional RM10 for each subsequent KG.
• Orders above RM100 qualify for free delivery, which is limited to West Malaysia addresses.

SAME DAY DELIVERY - Terms & Conditions

• Same Day Delivery provides the order on the same day for orders placed before the cut-off time.
• Same Day Delivery is not eligible for free shipping.
• This service is currently limited to the Klang Valley area.

• RM7.50 for 1 - 5kg
• RM13.50 for 16 - 40kg
• RM35.00 for 40 - 100kg
• Note: Parcels over 20kg will be divided into multiple packages.
