Cancellation, Returns, and Replacement Policies

  • Cancellations:

    Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 2–8 business days from the day of collection for prepaid orders only.

    • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
    • After dispatch, products can be returned but not cancelled.
    • Cancellation Criteria:
      1. Incorrect or incomplete order address.
      2. Incorrect product specification mentioned.
      3. Order falls under a "non-serviceable zone" or "out of delivery area".
      4. Suspected fraudulent information.

  • Returns:

    Images of damaged products and packaging to be e-mailed for initiating the return process.
