How to return purchases in OnePlus?

Complaints and Returns Policy at OnePlus Store (Ireland)

• If a parcel is lost, OnePlus Support should be contacted immediately for a full investigation, which may take 5 to 7 business days to process.
• In case of receiving a damaged parcel upon delivery, contact customer service within 48 hours and provide necessary photo evidence. An LMA (Logistic Movement Authorization) will be created, and if the damage is confirmed as OnePlus' fault, a new product will be sent after the damaged one has been received by the service center.
• Before signing for a parcel, it’s advised to check for breakages or damage in presence of the courier.
• If the tracking of an order has not been updated for an extended period of time (5 days), contact OnePlus Support promptly for assistance.
• For cases of wrong or incomplete merchandise, OnePlus Support should be contacted within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence of the claim.
• If a parcel is returned to the warehouse after three delivery attempts, it will be marked as undeliverable, returned to the warehouse, and a refund will be processed to the original payment account.
• Refund timeliness:
  1. It takes around 7 business days for the payment provider to process a refund.
  2. If there is a product return involved, it may take longer as the return needs to be verified first.
  3. If a refund hasn't been received after 14 business days, the payment provider should be contacted or OnePlus can provide an ARN (Acquirer Reference Number) or a manual tracking screenshot.
• The trade-in refund will be initiated after the second quotation from the trade-in provider is accepted and the valid return and replacement period has expired.
• If an order is cancelled automatically and a refund has not yet been received, provide the “Payment Finished” screenshot or the bank’s money deduction message to OnePlus Support for investigation and resolution.
• For incomplete refunds, especially when an order placed contained reward points, contact customer service to resolve the situation accordingly.
• If there are instances of being charged twice, OnePlus Support must be provided with order details and payment proof for resolution.
• For pending payment status after a successful payment, please wait 24 hours before contacting OnePlus Support if the status is unchanged.
• Payment methods: Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Discover are accepted, subject to store policies.
• Automatic order cancellation could be due to payment time limitations or backend system issues. OnePlus Support may assist in restoring orders or guide on reordering post-issue resolution.
• To claim or modify a VAT invoice, follow the path: Orders > track order/view order > edit invoice, which will be available after the RR (return/refund?) period.
