Complaints and returns in House

House offers a product guarantee for online orders which includes:

• If a change of mind occurs or a wrong selection is made, there is an option to receive a refund, excluding postage costs, for unused products returned in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
• In the case that an item arrives damaged, House will organise a replacement or full refund at their cost.
• If an item develops a fault after delivery, House will assess the claim to provide a replacement, full refund or other appropriate remedy.

Please note: The Change of Mind Policy does not apply to made-to-order items, personalised or monogrammed items, including THE CUSTOM CHEF products, protectors, bath mats, quilts, underblankets, pillows, and toppers, due to health and hygiene reasons.

How to Return an Item - Online Orders Only

1. First, fill in the form to obtain a Return Authorisation (RA) Number. Returns may be rejected without an RA Number. A customer service consultant will make contact after the form is filled out.
2. Once the return is authorised, an RA number will be provided. This number must be placed on the package of the returned item. Ensure that the item is in its original, re-sellable packaging when sending it back.
3. After receiving the package, the House team will assess the item and notify regarding the refund or store credit.

Refunds are processed to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase. For issues related to damaged, faulty items, or warranty claims, specific instructions are provided through a separate link. Additionally, the In-Store Returns Policy differs from the online returns policy, with further details accessible via another link.
