• For Long Term Packages (180 days or 360 days), refunds are provided, but any promotional discounts and benefits will be cancelled and deducted from the refund amount.
• The cost of refund transactions, such as payment gateway fees, may be deducted from the refunded amount.
• Lesson tickets have an Effective Period of 30 days from the date of purchase. Refunds for paid Service Fees will be made only if the lesson is not offered due to reasons attributable to the company.
• Transfer Tickets are provided if a lesson is delayed for more than 2 minutes due to reasons attributable to the tutor. These tickets will also have an Effective Period and cannot be used beyond this period.
• If a lesson is shortened more than 5 minutes due to reasons attributable to the tutor, compensation with a Transfer Ticket will be provided.
• The company reserves the right to judge if the Assigned Tutor is responsible for the delay or interruption of a lesson.

Lesson Cancellations:

• Users can cancel booked lessons up to 30 minutes before the designated starting time on the service’s web page.
• If the assigned tutor is unable to conduct a booked lesson due to unavoidable reasons, the company will compensate the user with a relevant Transfer Ticket.
• The company may conclude a lesson as abandoned and thus not refundable if it does not start within 10 minutes of the designated starting time. This is applicable even if the user is unresponsive to the company or the Assigned Tutor.
• In cases where lessons are cancelled due to reasons not attributable to the company, the company may cancel at its discretion without obligation to explain the reasons or details.

Membership Cancellation:

• Cancellations must be requested in a process specified by the company and the user will lose membership status at the end of the Usage Period if the cancellation is processed accordingly.
• Cancellations must be completed by the first day of the next Usage Period, or it will be carried over to the end of the following Usage Period.
• After the cancellation is complete, users will lose all the rights related to the service, and will be unable to make any claims against the company.

Suspension, Interruption, and Termination:
