How to return an order in Every Health?
Returns Policy
When an item is received, it must be checked as soon as possible following receipt and always before use. There is a 30-day return period policy, starting the day after the item was received. To return an item, the steps outlined in the 'To return your item' section must be followed. All items must be returned unused and in the original packaging they were in when received by the customer. Any security seals or tags must remain intact when inspecting the product.
Wrong Item Received
In the unlikely event of receiving the wrong item, the retailer apologizes for the inconvenience. The item must be returned in the same condition it was received, and within 30 days from the day on which the item was received, to be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If an item that is damaged or faulty is received, an apology is extended for the frustration this causes. To resolve the issue, the fault must be reported as soon as possible after discovering the fault. The next steps will be advised by customer service.
Item not Received
If an item has not been received, we apologize for the inconvenience. Notification must be made within 21 days from the day on which an email was received confirming that the item had been dispatched, to be eligible for a refund or a replacement.
Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
To Return Your Item
- Contact customer service through the account via the online message centre and inform them of the order number, the item being returned, and the reason for return.
- A unique returns authorization number will be provided, along with the address to return the item to.
- Package the item securely and include inside the package your order number, name, and address.
- Obtain a proof of postage from the Post Office when sending the item. Proof of postage should be obtained free of charge; without it, the refund or replacement may not be processed if the item is lost in transit.
If a replacement item is requested and it is no longer available, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment used to purchase the item. The responsibility for any item accepted and then returned is with the customer until it reaches the warehouse.
After Returning an Item
All returned products are checked by the Returns Department. If entitled to a refund, we will refund the price of the item. Returns processing is typically within 7 working days of receipt of a cancelled order and at the latest within 30 days. Refund will be to the original method of payment used to purchase the item.
Return of Replacement Products
If a faulty item was ordered and a replacement was provided, the right to cancel the order for the replacement product exists within 7 working days starting the day after the replacement item was received. A refund can be requested.
Cost of Returning Items
The postage costs for returning an item will only be refunded where: the wrong item was sent, or the item is damaged or faulty, or a substitute or replacement item is not wanted. Postage will not be refunded for items found to be in good working order. The costs of posting the item back will depend on the item and will be communicated after the testing process has been completed.
