How to return purchases in Under Armour?

Returns Policy:

• Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, given they are in original condition, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
• Electronics can only be returned if unused and in the original condition, or if deemed faulty.
• For hygiene reasons, headwear, undergarments, and UA Sportsmasks are not exchangeable or refundable unless faulty.
• Shoes must be returned without return labels stuck directly onto the shoe box to avoid rejection of the return.
• Personalised products are not eligible for returns unless they are faulty.
• If an item is faulty or incorrect, customer service should be contacted for resolution.

Returning an Online Order:

1. Ensure items are unworn with tags, in the original packaging.
2. Do not stick return labels directly onto shoe boxes.
3. Items can be returned using a scheduled courier pick-up or by dropping them off at specified retail stores.
4. To initiate a return, a return request must be made and the provided label and packing slip should be used.

Exchanges:

• Currently, exchanges are not offered; instead, return the item for a refund and place a new order.
• In-store purchases can only be exchanged at the original store of purchase.

Refunds:

• Refunds are processed within 14 working days once the returned item passes quality checks.
• Refunds exclude shipping charges and are credited to the original payment method.
• It may take some time to reflect in the bank statement depending on the issuing bank.
• If a refund is not received within 21 days, the customer service team should be contacted for assistance.
