Returns and Refunds Policy at Pantaloons:

• Returns Initiation: To initiate a return, log in to the pantaloons.com account, go to “My Orders,” select the order and click on returns. This must be done within 30 days after delivery. For assistance, call 1800-103-7527.
• Pick-up Process: After initiating a return, it takes 3–5 working days for a pick-up arrangement. Customers should ensure items have tags intact and are properly packed, with the order number mentioned on top.
• Self-ship Option: If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be asked to self-ship. A maximum of Rs. 200 will be reimbursed in the form of Pantaloons Credits for shipping costs.
• Exclusions: Pantaloons.com purchases cannot be returned in-store. Additionally, returns of intimate products like lingerie, briefs, boxers, and masks are not accepted due to hygiene concerns, except in case of wrong color/pattern/design received.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Refunds: For COD orders, refunds are provided only in Pantaloons Credits, not in bank accounts.
• In-Store Purchases: Products bought at physical stores can be returned at the store for an exchange or credit voucher.
• Refunds Modalities:
  • Card and Online Payments: Refunds for online payments are processed to the original payment source within 3 to 5 days after the items are picked up.
  • Other Payments: For COD/Greencard points/e-Gift Voucher/Pantaloons Credits, refunds are credited to Pantaloons Credits within 24 to 48 hours.

However, only one EGV can be redeemed per order. If an EGV is used, ensure the total order value is equal to or greater than the EGV's worth; the remaining value will lapse if it’s not fully utilized.

Credit/debit card and internet banking payments can also be made through Pantaloons' mobile site.

UPI Payment for COD Orders

For COD orders, a scannable QR code can be requested from the Delivery Partner to make a UPI Payment.

What are the delivery costs and methods in Pantaloons?

Once an order is placed on Pantaloons, it is shipped through various reputed logistic service providers. Customers are informed about their order shipment details via Email and SMS, which includes the courier partner’s details and an Air Waybill (AWB) number. A tracking link is also provided for real-time updates on the shipment.

Shipping charges apply to orders where the amount payable is below a certain threshold. A charge of Rs. 100 is applicable to all orders that fall under this threshold. For orders that amount to Rs. 1000 and above, the shipping charges are waived off.

The delivery process involves Pantaloons' logistic partners, who are responsible for picking up the product and delivering it to the customer's doorstep.

The estimated delivery time varies depending on the location. It typically takes:

• 3–5 days for metros & Tier 1 cities
• 5–7 days for certain Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities
• A minimum of 7 to a maximum of 10 days for areas in North East India & J&K etc.

International delivery is not available currently, and purchases can only be made for delivery within India.

Delivery serviceability by pin code can be checked by entering the pin code on the product view page. If a pin code is not serviceable, customers will be notified.

Some pin codes may not be serviceable due to restrictions by the government or logistic issues. Efforts are being made to service more pin codes. If a customer's area is currently not serviceable, they are encouraged to check back at a later time.

Post-order placement, no additions can be made to the order. However, another order can be placed for additional items.

An order is normally dispatched within 24–36 hours of order receipt. In certain circumstances, there may be a delay, and dispatch can take 72–96 hours. Customers will be kept informed via SMS in such cases.

Although the goal is to deliver all products together, orders may arrive in multiple shipments if items are located at different warehouses.

Order status can be tracked through the 'My Account' section under 'My Orders'.

Open delivery is not offered, and the product cannot be checked before acceptance. However, the return policy allows for the return of products if not satisfactory.

If a delivery is missed, up to three delivery attempts will be made. If all attempts fail, the shipment is returned to the sender.

All beauty products shipped have a minimum shelf life of six months to ensure customer satisfaction. If an expired product is received, contact should be made with customer care along with the relevant images within 7 days from the date of delivery.
