What are the delivery costs and methods in Pantaloons?

Once an order is placed on Pantaloons, it is shipped through various reputed logistic service providers. Customers are informed about their order shipment details via Email and SMS, which includes the courier partner’s details and an Air Waybill (AWB) number. A tracking link is also provided for real-time updates on the shipment.

Shipping charges apply to orders where the amount payable is below a certain threshold. A charge of Rs. 100 is applicable to all orders that fall under this threshold. For orders that amount to Rs. 1000 and above, the shipping charges are waived off.

The delivery process involves Pantaloons' logistic partners, who are responsible for picking up the product and delivering it to the customer's doorstep.

The estimated delivery time varies depending on the location. It typically takes:

• 3–5 days for metros & Tier 1 cities
• 5–7 days for certain Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities
• A minimum of 7 to a maximum of 10 days for areas in North East India & J&K etc.

International delivery is not available currently, and purchases can only be made for delivery within India.

Delivery serviceability by pin code can be checked by entering the pin code on the product view page. If a pin code is not serviceable, customers will be notified.

Some pin codes may not be serviceable due to restrictions by the government or logistic issues. Efforts are being made to service more pin codes. If a customer's area is currently not serviceable, they are encouraged to check back at a later time.

Post-order placement, no additions can be made to the order. However, another order can be placed for additional items.

An order is normally dispatched within 24–36 hours of order receipt. In certain circumstances, there may be a delay, and dispatch can take 72–96 hours. Customers will be kept informed via SMS in such cases.
