  • Items returned more than 10 days after delivery.
• Products bought online cannot be returned/exchanged in offline stores and vice versa.
• If products purchased with a coupon or offer are returned, the coupon/offer will not apply to the remaining order and will not be included in the refund.
• In case of a free offer such as "Buy 2, get 1 free", all related products must be returned to process the refund.
• Reverse pickup arranged once without charge; any subsequent pickups will be charged to the customer.
• Products should be returned in the original packaging and condition for refunds.
• After receiving the return, refunds will be processed within 3-5 working days. The time taken for the amount to credit to the customer's bank depends on the bank's policies.
• For cash on delivery orders, refunds require the customer’s bank details to process.
• Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
• Quality checks are performed upon return received; refunds or exchanges are not possible for items failing quality check.
• If the original mode of payment was cash on delivery, bank details are needed for the refund process.
• The time frame for cancelling an order is before it has been dispatched from the warehouse.
• Products accepted as accurate and as per order are not eligible for refund or exchange.
• Items to be returned must be informed to customer service within 48 hours of delivery along with images.
• Damaged or incorrect items must be returned with a copy of the receipt, a return/exchange authorization number, and in a saleable condition.
• It takes 7-10 business days from the return of the packages to process refund requests.
• In case of a return for a wrong selection by the customer, a new return request should be put in.
• If the original package is unavailable, any strong packing material may be used for returns.
• Courier person must provide a Reverse AWB for the return; otherwise, do not hand over the product.
• If unable to print a return label, the warehouse address and order number must be written on the package.
• After the product is received at the warehouse, an email will be sent to confirm receipt.
• Refund of purchase price:
  • Refunds are processed back to the original mode of payment.
  • Refunds processed only after product passes the quality check at the warehouse.
  • Discount amounts via coupon code will not be refunded.
• For COD orders, sizing issues require bank details for a refund.
