• By calling at 1800-833-5350 for direct support.
• By sending an email to bbw-orderinquiry@apparelgroup.in for inquiry into order-related issues.

Note that multiple attempts to submit an order may result in multiple holds on funds for the total amount of the order. These authorizations will typically be removed from the account within 2-4 business days, depending on the bank issuing the card. For further questions, it's advised to contact the issuing bank directly.

Promotion Code Information:

Customers have the ability to redeem one promo code per order. Should one wish to take advantage of multiple offers, placing a second order is recommended. It is also noted that if more than one promo code is entered at checkout, only the last code entered will be recognized and applied.

To use a promo code, it needs to be entered at checkout as follows:

1. Type in the code exactly as it appears in the provided email, printed offer, or webpage.
2. Click "Apply" after entering the code. This will show the applied discount in the payment summary.
