Delivery costs are refunded only if the return is due to an error on the part of Woodie's.

The return policy requires that any online product must be in its original condition and in re-saleable packaging within 30 days of purchase for the return to be accepted. If seeking a replacement, the product will be charged, including delivery, until the original is received in a re-saleable condition. Delivery costs are refunded only if the error is attributed to Woodie's (e.g., a faulty product or incorrect shipment). Upon agreeing to a refund, Woodie's will instruct the Merchant Acquirer to credit the credit card account within 30 days of receipt of the returned product. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
