How can one return an order from Under Armour?

If not 100% satisfied, gear can be returned for free within 60 days of delivery. It's not possible to offer online exchanges. The aim is to process refunds as quickly as possible, which can take up to 14 days. A prepaid return label should be in the package. If not found, one can be generated online by logging into an account or proceeding as a guest, and following the specified steps to print at home.

• To be eligible for a full refund, the following conditions must be met:
  • Gear should be returned in its original condition and in its original packaging.
  • Original labels need to be attached to the clothing.
  • Accessories should be returned with all parts included in the original packaging.
  • Shoes must be returned in the original shoe box.
• Note: Electronic products, underwear, and face masks can only be returned if defective. If the protective liner of underwear has been removed, it can't be returned or replaced for health protection reasons. Full shipping costs are not included in the refund unless the gear was faulty or defective upon arrival.
• Gear damaged due to negligence, misuse, or wear and tear cannot be reimbursed.
• Refunds are not granted if the gear wasn’t purchased in the Online Shop or in one of the official stores.

1. LOCATE LABEL: Find the prepaid return label in the original package.
2. PACK: Place the items for return, along with the Delivery Summary, in the original package or a suitable alternative. It is advised against merging different orders in one return parcel.
3. ATTACH LABEL: Stick the prepaid return label onto the package. Note the tracking ID from this label for tracking the return.
4. POST: If the label from the box is used, the package should be taken to the preferred drop-off location of the carrier on the return label. If a new label is generated from the website, it should go to the preferred UPS drop-off point. Proof of postage should be requested.
5. REFUND: After the return is processed, an email notification will be sent and the refund transferred as soon as possible.

IN STORE RETURNS are only possible for items ordered online via the online returns process. Items purchased in a retail store may only be returned to the same store where they were purchased.
