In addition to the legal cancellation right, PUMA offers an additional right to return goods purchased in the PUMA online shop free of charge. Goods may be returned without stating any reasons within 60 days from delivery, provided the goods are complete, unused and undamaged. This right of return does not limit the statutory warranty rights but exists independently of them.

How to return

• Please use the return label provided and hand in the parcel at the respective carrier.
• If there is no return label, contact customer service by phone or email.
• The timely dispatch of the goods is sufficient to meet the deadline.
• Note that this voluntary return right does not apply to products that have been personalized.
• Return parcels sent from outside the European Union Customs Union will not be imported by PUMA and might not reach the warehouse.
• Once the goods have been received, reimbursement will occur within 14 days.
• Reimbursement will use the same means of payment as the initial transaction, and no fees will be incurred.
