Right to cancel:
You have the right to cancel your contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason, starting from the day the goods are received. Further to cancellation, there is a fourteen (14) day period to return the goods. Items must be in original packaging, with all accessories and free gifts included. It's important to have ensured that measurements and colors are checked before finalizing the purchase.

Goods can be examined to establish their nature and characteristics, but they should not be used, installed, or have any data/software inputted onto them. For any uncertainties, the Contact Us section should be utilized before removing any packaging. While in possession of the goods, they must be taken care of responsibly.

Non-returnable Items:
For hygiene reasons, certain items like haircare products, electric blankets, headphones, and Bluetooth headsets cannot be returned unless unopened and in original packaging. DVDs, CDs, memory cards, and software must be in their sealed state. Software Product Activation Key cards require the silver strip on the back to be intact.

Effects of cancellation:
Cancellations will lead to a full refund, including delivery costs, upon inspection of the returned goods. Refunds are only processed once the goods are received or evidence of return is provided. If goods are misconstrued beyond necessity, it may affect the refund due to diminished value.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method, without additional fees. The direct cost of returning goods, especially those unable to be returned by post, is the responsibility of the customer. Arrangements for goods collection can be made through Customer Care or by returning goods to a local Power City store without extra cost.

Additional Information:
Orders with any breakages or damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. In case of a manufacturing fault during the warranty period, swift communication is required.
