What are the delivery costs and methods in Ikea?

Delivery Service Options and Pricing - IKEA CA

• Parcel Delivery: Starting at $9.99, this method is ideal for smaller orders and is a contactless delivery service where orders are left at the doorstep without the need for a signature. It is important to ensure that for apartments or condos, packages can be received or left at the main entry.
• Doorstep Delivery: Starts from $39 and is also a contactless delivery, suitable for any order size. Orders are left at the doorstep within a selected range of days, with no signature required. As with parcel delivery, it should be verified that larger packages can be received or left at the main entry in apartments or condos.
• In-Home Delivery: Starting from $59, this service is tailored for larger furniture orders that need to be brought inside the home. Customers can choose a date and time for delivery with a window of either 2 or 4 hours, depending on the delivery location. Orders are delivered into the entryway of the household, and a signature is required upon receipt. Those living in apartments or condos must ensure that the elevator can be reserved for the duration of the delivery window.

Additional Information:

• Parcel deliveries can be tracked via the FedEx website using tracking numbers provided in an email confirmation.
• For truck deliveries, the order's progress can be tracked once it is in transit.
• Inclusion of assembly services with delivery is possible for added convenience.

As part of IKEA's commitment to tackle climate change, parcel deliveries are packaged with renewable, recycled, and recyclable materials.

Click and Collect: As an alternative to delivery, customers can opt for Click and collect to save on shipping fees by ordering online and collecting their purchase for free at an IKEA store, or for a starting fee of $5 at Pick-up lockers (only available at select stores) or external Pick-up locations.
