Its catalogue includes framed and frameless shower screens, sliding shower doors, shower bases, LED mirrors, bathroom vanities, cabinets and accessories. The retailer sells directly through its Australian online store and also offers warehouse collection for customers who can visit its Victorian location. Its product range caters to homeowners, renovators, landlords and tradespeople looking for bathroom fittings in different sizes, configurations and finishes.

Elegant Showers shower screens, doors and bathroom products

Shower enclosures are at the centre of the Elegant Showers catalogue. Customers can choose between different opening mechanisms, frame styles, shapes and finishes. The store also supplies complementary bathroom products, including bases, mirrors, storage furniture and towel rails.

Products featured in the retailer's popular selection include:

• 2 Panel Sliding Shower Screen Enclosure Door – a framed sliding door with 5mm toughened glass, a 1900mm height and adjustable wall-to-wall widths from 1000mm to 1700mm. It features reversible installation and easy-release rollers.

• Square Corner Sliding Doors Shower Screen – Matt Black – a corner-entry shower enclosure with a black finish and sliding-door configuration, designed for bathrooms where a corner installation is preferred.

• Silver Curved Shower Enclosure – a curved sliding enclosure available in several size configurations, including 800mm, 900mm and 1000mm options.

• 3 Panel Sliding Shower Screen Enclosure Door – a multi-panel sliding shower door designed for bathroom layouts requiring a wider opening configuration.

• Semi-Frameless Pivot Shower Screen – an adjustable pivot-door design that provides an alternative to conventional sliding shower enclosures.

• Curved Matt Black Quadrant Shower Enclosure – a curved enclosure with a black finish, available in different size options, with a compatible shower base offered separately.

• LED Light Bathroom Mirrors – illuminated bathroom mirrors available alongside shaving cabinets and other bathroom storage products.

Beyond these featured products, shoppers can browse walk-in shower screens, bifold doors, over-bath screens, diamond-shaped enclosures, rectangular and curved shower bases, freestanding baths, bathroom cabinets, vanities and towel rails. The home furniture section also includes wardrobes, bedside tables, dressing tables, TV units and ceiling fans.

When choosing a shower enclosure, customers should measure the finished wall-to-wall opening after tiling. The retailer provides dimensional information and installation instructions on individual product pages. Matching shower bases are available for selected enclosure models, although compatibility with products from other manufacturers is not guaranteed.

Elegant Showers product design, materials and warranties

Elegant Showers focuses on bathroom products that combine different installation configurations with practical materials and finishes. Its shower screen range includes framed, semi-frameless and frameless designs, as well as sliding, pivot, bifold and fixed-panel arrangements. Customers can select from finishes such as chrome, silver and matt black, depending on the product.

A specific example is the 2 Panel Sliding Shower Screen. Its product specification lists 5mm easy-clean toughened glass, aluminium profiles with a chrome finish and twin metal rollers. The glass is certified to Australian Standard AS/NZS 2208:1996. The door also features reversible installation, allowing the glass panels to be fitted on either the left or right side. Its adjustable wall-to-wall design accommodates different bathroom openings within the listed size range.

The retailer also provides product-specific manufacturer warranties. Shower screens, excluding glass, carry a 10-year parts replacement warranty. SMC and acrylic shower bases have two-year replacement warranties, bathroom furniture has a one-year parts replacement warranty, and acrylic freestanding baths have a five-year replacement warranty. Home furniture is covered by a one-year replacement warranty.

Warranty conditions matter when planning a bathroom renovation. Elegant Showers excludes damage resulting from improper use, incorrect installation and unlicensed installation. The retailer also states that shower bases must be installed professionally. Customers should check the warranty information for their chosen product before arranging installation.

Who is Elegant Showers suitable for?

Elegant Showers is particularly relevant to Australian homeowners and renovators who want to purchase bathroom fixtures directly from an online specialist. Its range covers different bathroom layouts, from compact corner enclosures to wider wall-to-wall sliding doors and open walk-in shower screens.

Customers working with limited bathroom space can compare curved, bifold and corner-entry configurations, while larger bathrooms may accommodate frameless screens or wider sliding doors. The availability of different frame finishes also makes it easier to coordinate shower hardware with other bathroom fittings.

The retailer's catalogue extends beyond shower products, which can be useful for customers planning several parts of a renovation at once. Shower bases, LED mirrors, shaving cabinets, towel rails and bathroom furniture are available within the same store. Elegant Showers also operates a wholesale and dropshipping programme, providing additional purchasing options for trade customers and businesses.

Elegant Showers discount codes, promotional offers and order savings

Before completing a purchase, look for an Elegant Showers discount code on Picodi.com. Picodi collects discount codes and promotional offers for participating online retailers, giving Australian shoppers another place to check for potential savings. The availability of individual coupons can change, so check the current Elegant Showers offers before placing an order.

Elegant Showers operates its own Australian e-commerce website rather than selling exclusively through a marketplace. This means eligible promotional codes are applied through the retailer's shopping cart or checkout process. Select your shower screen, enclosure or bathroom accessories, add them to your cart and check the available discount field before completing payment.

The retailer also displays quantity-based promotional codes on selected product pages. During research, one product listing showed the codes BUY500 and BUY1000, offering savings of $50 and $100 respectively when the qualifying product value reaches the stated thresholds. The retailer specifies that these discounts are calculated on product value and exclude postage. As these offers may be product-specific, check the conditions displayed on the individual listing before relying on them.

It is worth comparing these quantity-based promotions with any other available sale offers. The homepage features a Today's Deals section and a clearance category, where shoppers can browse products already included in promotional campaigns. A coupon may not necessarily be compatible with an automatic discount, so check the final shopping cart total rather than assuming that multiple offers can be combined.

For customers purchasing several bathroom products together, the quantity-based codes may be particularly relevant. However, the qualifying value and eligible products should always be checked before payment. Picodi can be used alongside the retailer's own promotions as an additional place to search for an available Elegant Showers promo code.

Elegant Showers delivery, payment options and return conditions

Elegant Showers dispatches orders from its warehouse in Dandenong South, Victoria. The retailer states that orders with payment processed before its 11 am cut-off are generally dispatched on the same business day. Orders processed after this cut-off are handled according to the next available dispatch schedule. The published delivery estimate is three to fifteen business days, depending on the destination.

Shipping costs are calculated according to the charges of the transport company, the product and the delivery location. The retailer uses different courier services depending on the order and destination, so a universal free-delivery threshold or fixed nationwide shipping charge cannot be confirmed. Customers can check the applicable delivery cost during checkout. Tracking information is emailed after dispatch. Weekend and after-hours deliveries are not available.

Customers who live near the warehouse can also arrange collection from 2/48 Kitchen Road, Dandenong South, VIC 3175. Collection is available Monday to Friday between 9 am and 4:30 pm. The retailer also advertises next-business-day delivery for metropolitan Melbourne suburbs and express delivery in Geelong and surrounding areas, subject to availability.

Available payment methods listed on the retailer's payment page include PayPal, credit and debit cards, bank transfer, cheque and cash on pickup. The website also displays Afterpay, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, UnionPay and Visa. Customers should confirm the available options at checkout because payment methods may differ depending on the transaction.

For change-of-mind returns, customers must request approval within 30 days of receiving the product. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product is faulty. The retailer states that a 20% restocking fee may apply, excluding freight. Damaged or installed products are generally not eligible for change-of-mind refunds.

It is particularly important to inspect fragile bathroom products immediately after delivery. Elegant Showers asks customers to report delivery damage within five days, as later claims involving fragile products may be rejected. Manufacturing faults should be reported within 30 days of receipt. The retailer states that qualifying manufacturing faults are resolved by sending a replacement without additional postage costs.

For customer support, shoppers can email service@elegantshowers.com.au, call (03) 9799 2464 or 0436 004 680, or use the website's live chat. Published business hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, with the warehouse collection service operating until 4:30 pm.

Elegant Showers FAQs: choosing and installing bathroom products

How do I measure my bathroom before ordering an Elegant Showers screen?

The retailer recommends measuring the opening only after the walls have been finished, including tiling and wall panels. Check whether the walls are plumb and whether the shower base or floor is level. Compare the finished measurements with the adjustment range listed on the individual product page.

Can I use an Elegant Showers enclosure with another brand's shower base?

Elegant Showers does not guarantee compatibility between its enclosures and shower bases made by other manufacturers. Its matching bases are designed for the corresponding enclosure dimensions. Check the product specifications before combining products from different brands.

How should I clean an Elegant Showers glass shower door?

The retailer recommends using a glass squeegee or soft cloth after each use to remove water and reduce water spots. Avoid abrasive materials and harsh cleaning products, which can scratch the glass surface.

Can I buy replacement parts for an Elegant Showers screen?

Yes. Replacement hardware and parts may be available depending on the shower door model. Customers should contact the support team with the product details or part number from the installation manual to check availability.
